Oxford Nanopore Technologies IPO

Numis is proud to have supported Oxford Nanopore on a major milestone - its IPO on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Founded in 2005, Oxford Nanopore is a UK-based spin-out from the University of Oxford, with a simple, bold mission: to enable the analysis of anything, by anyone, anywhere.

The £602.8m fundraise had strong support from global investors, including a £150m cornerstone commitment from Oracle Corporation, which comes in parallel with a research collaboration between the two organisations.
